Explanation of free booklet option: These booklets are used as an educational/marketing handout or can be given away for free from your website in order to get people to contact you. If you choose to offer free booklets on your website, there will be a button on your site's form that the public can check. You then are responsible for getting a booklet to them in return for a possible appointment. Your purchase of this website allows you to purchase these booklets from the NCPC at our cost of $1.80 each (must order at least 10 or more at a time).
