William A. Hartley practices as an estate planning and elder
law attorney from two offices in New Hampshire. He serves clients with
estates of all sizes throughout the entire state of New Hampshire and
northern Massachusetts. He also helps clients with tax planning and
Medicaid planning. In addition, as a Certified Financial Planner he assists
clients with various aspects of their financial planning. If requested, he
can provide "one stop shopping" for most financial and legal advice. He is
President of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elderlaw
Attorneys and the only New Haampshire member of the American Academy of
Estate Planning Attorneys.
William A. Hartley began his carear as a Certified Public
Accountant in Massachusetts. He went to law school in the evening and
received two law degrees including one in tax law. He became the senior tax
executive in four fortune 500 size companies before establishing his estate
and financisl planning practice in New Hampshire. He is a graduate of
Bentley College and Suffolk Unifersity School of Business with as BSinBA
degree. He is a graduate of Suffolk Law School with a JD degree and Boston
Univesity Law School with an LLM degree in Tax Law. He is a Certified
Financial Planner and a Registered Financial Advisor. He also volunters on
the Boards of Directors of two home health care agencies..
