CarenetLA ensures client satisfaction through our unique three step process which includes: in-home evaluation by our gerontology certified R.N., client choice of caregivers, and careful follow up monitoring.

CarenetLA is a family owned and operated non-medical in-home care provider. Our general manager is a registered nurse certified in gerontology. Our team has over twenty years experience in the home care service industry and we are well aware of what people want - quality care for a reasonable price.

CarenetLA cares. We are committed to matching you with capable, dependable and honest caregivers, and we guarantee you compatibility with your caregiver. All of our employees have a minimum of one year experience in caregiving. Additionally, they all speak English, have a driver’s license, and drive their own insured vehicle. CarenetLA supplements caregivers’ car insurance for our clients’ peace of mind. Each caregiver is background checked for a clean criminal, social security, and DMV record. Our care coordinators maintain close communication with the family, the client, and the caregivers themselves, and our care managers make occasional visits to existing clients’ homes to ensure clients’ wellbeing and satisfaction.

CarenetLA caregivers are actual employees…
For your protection, we insure all CarenetLA caregivers with California Worker’s Compensation, professional liability insurance and all are bonded (honesty insurance). Each caregiver is a CarenetLA employee. We use NO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, which relieves you, the client, from any responsibility of paying payroll taxes, social security, and worker’s compensation.
