Monteverde Adult Activity Center

		Monteverde has been established as a service for our community with different needs. For our caregivers as a Respite Center. For our participants as a place where they will be socially and theraputically motivated. We offer social and therapeutic activities, respite services, arts and crafts, meals and snacks, expercise and music and recreational therapy. We also provide transportation, social work, nursing, podiatry and physical services as needed. Our services are covered through private pay and Medicaid Waiver/Diversion Program. Our goal is to increase socilization and empowerment among our participants. To decrease isolation, and to be the center of your choice. We provide a professional and caring atmosphere for our participants and their families.
