In addition, our extensive connections with health care providers throughout San Diego County allow us to provide referrals to professionals who are not only well-qualified, but also a good “fit” for each individual client. In short, we provide specialized health care advocacy for our clients wherever and whenever they need it most.

Ann Butterfield, RN is a certified Geriatric Care Manager and registered nurse with over 20 years experience. After graduating from Boston University, she began her career in the US Army Nurse Corps and transitioned to civilian nursing with a focus on Adult Critical Care & Emergency Nursing. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, she has provided specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's, Stroke Dementia, Parkinson's, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Disorder. She has both professional and personal experience in end-of-life nursing care. She serves as President of the San Diego North County California Care Planning Council and is an active member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
