Dol Seck I have been actively involved in the over 55 market since 1989. My experience is not just professional, but rather, much closer to home. Like many boomers I have a parent that requires extra care. This often requires locating sensitive and responsive attention for my mom. I understand the contraints on families that live a distance from family and close friends who require services, living environments and knowledgeable support maneuvering the maze of services specific to the over 55 generations. This is where my services come in. Not only do I offer the ability to sell the family home, I offer extensive experience in community, state and federal programs that can ease the more immediate and long-term financial and emotional issues. There are so many opportunites available to boomers and seniors - the family and the senior just need to be exposed to the opportunites that exist to help. Some people love the business of helping the over 55 community.

I am passionate about the need for knowledge that is woefully lacking and have immersed myself in learning as much as I can in order to provide accurate, knowledgeable direction to my family, my friends and my clients. The home search for the 55 and older generations is not just a home search; it needs to also include evaluating future needs.
