Michael McGlathery, PhD, MFT has been providing counseling for elders and their families for over 30 years. He won a California Counties award for developing a comprehensive integrated behavioral health program that included a comprehensive range of elder care issues.

Dr. McGlathery is well know for his realistic but compassionate approach to assessment of the senior's needs and abilities and their fears and anxieties. He works directly with family members who are experiencing compassion fatigue, guilt, frustration and confusion about care solutions. Since moving to New Mexico, Dr. McGlathery has recognized that there is a real need for this type of Elder service in his current practice.
