About Julie

Julie W. Kronhaus, J.D., LL.M, M.acc., C.P.A., is the founding attorney of Kronhaus Law Firm, P.A. in Winter Park, Florida, where she focuses her law practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and elder law. Her elder law services include Medicaid and VA eligibility planning. She has presented numerous seminars for National Business Institute, Valencia Community College Foundation, assisted living, churches and civic groups in the area of estate planning and probate administration. Ms. Kronhaus has been in practice for 17 years.

Before attending law school, she spent several years gaining professional experience in large CPA firms as a tax specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mars Hill College, her Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and her Master of Laws in Taxation from Emory University.

Ms. Kronhaus is a member in good standing of the EldercareChannel, Eldercounsel, Wealthcounsel, Life Care Planning Law Firm Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorney, National Care Planning Council, Academy of VA Pension Planners, the Florida Bar (Real Property, Estate& Trust, Tax and Elder Law Sections), and Orange County Bar Association. In addition to Florida State Courts, Ms. Kronhaus is admitted to the U.S. Tax Court.
