Philip Wilson has been a practicing financial advisor since 1989.

He is a Certified Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Specialist (CHECMS). He specializes in helping seniors create more money to live the life they want to live.

He is the son of a Baptist minister, who grew up in Birmingham, and he now resides with his wife and two children in Homewood.

He is with the Senior Planning Division of HengerRast located in Vestavia.

He is a frequent speaker and author of God Honoring Finances. He is also a graduate of UAB with a degree in Mathematics.
