The Law Offices of Heidi Klippel is an estate planning and corporate law firm. We assist clients with implementing their estate plans including but not limited to creating revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, stretch ira trusts, pour-over wills, wills, durable power of attorneys, and advance health care directives. We also assist new clients with reviewing and amending existing estate plans created by other law firms. When a family loses a loved one, our firm also helps the family by doing trust administration and probate work. For our clients who are business owners or have wealth to protect, our firm assists clients with incorporating, observing corporate formalities in addition to buy sell agreements and succession planning.

Heidi Klippel is a San Diego native with her own law practice, the Law Offices of Heidi Klippel. Ms. Klippel knew at a young age that she wanted to go into the practice of law. Her first job was at her father's corporate law firm filling their vendor machine at the young age of 14. Ms. Klippel has worked in law firms ever since and has knowledge with various aspects of the law from being exposed to the law almost her entire life. Recently, Ms. Klippel's article on estate planning for protecting families was published in a national publication. In addition to writing educational articles for her community, Ms. Klippel enjoys public speaking and educating the public regarding California probate and estate planning laws. Ms. Klippel lives in San Diego with her husband and two daughters.
