"Hello Neville:
Many thanks for your thorough and prompt reply. I really appreciate your
offer to take time to explain the upgrade, but I'd prefer not to take your
time, and I will gladly accept that these changes are an enhancement, versus
a decrement in the coverage. I'm really pleased that I came across you in
our search for LTC, and there is not a day goes by that reminds me that I'm
glad we moved out on this. My brother just was diagnosed with prostate
cancer last month and they removed his prostate Monday. Today we learned
that the cancer is beyond the prostate and no knowledge yet of where it
originates or how far it has gone, in spite of their belief they found this
in the very early stages. In any case, this gives us further assurance we
made the right move by getting this policy in place. We have never had any
known cancer in our family up until now, but this has heightened my concern.
I do my physicals religiously and regular blood tests, so I'm on guard.
I wish you and your wife continued success, and I have recommended you to my
business partners, so if any of them consider LTC in the future, I'll have
them coming your way. Possibly other friends and contacts may also render a
new lead for you.
