 about me

I love the beach, chocolate, and watercolor art! Originally from Pennsylvania, I arrived in Florida in 1970. I have lived on the east and west coasts as well as in central Florida.

Prior to my career in Reverse Mortgages, I had the good fortune to succeed over 300 candidates and land a position as a Corporate Liaison for Seniors. My mission, along with our board of directors, was to improve the lives of seniors in our community. When I left that post, we had 12,000 participating seniors.

Meeting with local leaders in healthcare, housing, finance, travel, religion, and government, I examined sectors in the community that touched the lives of seniors. I talked with and observed seniors in all walks of life and participated in their activities. I helped to organize and celebrate “Senior Day” and “Grandparents Day.” I hosted intergenerational teas - forums which happily connected the elderly with the younger set.

Seniors told me, if they had enough money so they didn't have to worry, that they could meet most of their needs themselves - without help. I witnessed the difference in senior lifestyles. Money didn't cover every kind of need they had of course; but without a doubt, money made a big difference. One day I came across an amazing article about Reverse Mortgages. This led to my career offering seniors an opportunity to better provide for their golden years. Sometimes it is also an opportunity for an immediate financial solution.

Feel welcome to call me to receive information, to have your questions answered, and to make application. I hold a mortgage broker license, and I am a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. Following compilation of customer surveys, I was awarded for outstanding production & excellence in customer satisfaction.
