Home Care Assistance

Home Care Assistance provides both hourly and live-in home care services to older adults, who wish to remain in their homes as they age. Our caregivers take a holistic approach to our clients by encouraging independence and engaging them in physical, mental, and social activities. In addition to companionship our caregivers lend a hand with meal preparation, personal hygiene, bathing, medical reminders, transportation, and more. Clients with live-in caregivers have the added benefit of knowing that assistance is always available should an immediate need arise.

Hiring only one out of every 25 applicants, we have a distinguished reputation for high-caliber caregivers. In addition to checking references and criminal background, we administer our exclusive Caregiver Personality Screening developed by our own PhD. The Screening verifies honesty, kindness, and conscientiousness, all of which are essential traits of all of our caregivers.

We uphold a strong ethical value to adhere to the standards of the consumer. As such we are the trusted provider of home care services to the clients of care managers, assisted living and nursing communities, hospitals and senior centers throughout the area.

Once you hire Home Care Assistance, you are never alone. Whenever you call, we are always available for the clients that we are privileged to serve.

Our offices are managed by Client Care Managers Michael Fliegler, Alisa DeSantis, and Megan Hartsgrove. We are here to serve you! As such Michael is very involved in the local community. He is an active member of the Monmouth County Senior Choice Professionals group and the Alzheimer's Association's Southern Regional Memory Walk committee.
