United Nursing Services is a locally owned Home Health and Medicare certified agency. Since 1986, United Nursing Services has been delivering advanced clinical care, optimal outcomes and innovative services with a compassionate approach that always puts the needs of the patient first.

Our professional nurses and therapists can provide you with a comprehensive range of services, in your home or health care facility.

Services Available:

Skilled Nursing Services - including

cardiopulmonary care,
orthopedic care,
peritoneal dialysis,
wound/ostomy care,
tracheostomy care,
infusion therapy,
urological care,
diabetic teaching and management,
HIV care,
post-operative care including reconstruction and cosmetic surgery care,
and supplemental hospice services.

In Home Rehabilitation - including

spinal cord injury and head trauma rehabilitation,
cardiac/stroke care,
orthopedic/joint replacement,
post and preoperative care.

Social Services - a Medical Social Worker can assist with community resources.

Respiratory Therapy - including

ventilator certified nursing care,
aerosolized drug administration,
all respiratory services and oxygen therapies.

Personal Care Services - Home Health Aide

Insurance Information - We are a certified Medicare agency and they will cover our services completely if you meet the following criteria:

Homebound status
Skilled care required
Physician's order

We are recognized by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) as an organization that is in compliance with their Standards of Excellence and Medicare Conditions of Participation. This accredited status deems United Nursing Services as an agency that exceeds the standards of care recommended by Medicare.

	United Nursing Services was originally founded in Palm Beach County in 1986 as Nursefinders of Palm Beach, part of a national franchise of quality-oriented health care providers offering staff relief to health care facilities. In 2002, the owners renamed the company in order to provide a full range of home health services, and meet the need for full-service private duty and home health care. Throughout its history, United Nursing Services has always been 100 percent locally owned. It is led by Victor Pecaro (administrator), and Lisa Hersch-Pecaro, RN (Clinical Director), a husband-and-wife team who are fully committed to providing comprehensive and caring home health services, delivered by a team of the highest qualified professional.
