Home Care Plus (HCP) is locally owned and managed by Tom and Suzy Kuppens. Suzy is a Registered Nurse with 30 years of professional nursing experience. She brings to Home Care Plus 20 years in home care, care coordination and care management experience. Tom, formerly with IBM, and former Founder/President of a local Networking Infrastructure Company is now Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer.

Aside from this professional experience, our HCP Manager holds 9 years of significant personal experience. When her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2001, she and her family were faced with an overwhelming journey in the care of her father. Through her professional experience she acquired a strong knowledge base in short and long term care, and of the various elder care facilities and community services available to seniors within the tri county area. Through her personal experience, she acquired the care values adopted by Home Care Plus. Home Care Plus provides Family Centered quality Best Care services to their clients and their families. We are committed to demonstrating integrity at all times and hiring and retaining compassionate, caring and dependable caregivers who take a sincere interest in helping others and making a difference.

All staff are bonded and insured. They are trained and supervised by our Home Care Plus Manager. Our office staff is available to answer your calls and assist you Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and to provide after hour 24/7 on call services.
