Care Connect of Hampton Roads provides personalized senior care  management as well as access to a  comprehensive list of hand selected and pre-approved service providers to meet the needs of Seniors and their families across Hampton Roads.  The company was established in 2007.   Mrs. Boyd is a Certified Senior Advisor who, over the last decade, has worked with many seniors and their families; experiencing first hand, the anxiety, hardship and crisis faced when trying to find placement or in home support services.  The task to say the least can be daunting and this is where Care Connect of Hampton Roads can help! 

Christina's compassion and drive to work with seniors and their families grew from her extensive background experience serving as the Director of Sales, Marketing and Admissions for  local Alzheimer's, Assisted Living and Independent Senior Living communities.  During this time she also acted as a volunteer support group facilitator for the South Eastern Virginia Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association www.alzheimersassociation.com .

As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Christina understands that the health, financial and social needs of seniors are different and more complicated than those of any other group and the explosion of growth of the senior population is one of the most important demographic developments of the 21st Century.  This demographic shift requires an educated response in how professionals work with seniors and the challenges and opportunities they face. 

Christina serves on the board for the Hampton Roads Hospice Alliance www.hrhospicealliance.com , is an Associate Member of the
Case Management Society of America and a member of The Virginia Beach and Norfolk Task Force on Aging.

As an expert in her field Christina is also available as a speaker and presenter for local businesses and organizations.
