Virgin Valley Home Care & Hospice, a division of Professional Healthcare, is a leading provider of total home health care in southern Nevada, with services that include skilled medical, personal non-medical and hospice care. Founded by a physician and registered nurse, we have served local families for over 16 years, and have built a strong reputation for dedication to the highest standards of compassionate, attentive in-home care.

Our non-medical or "private duty" division assists with activities of daily living such as personal care, transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. All of our caregivers are employees and are bonded and insured. We thoroughly review everyone's background, conduct ongoing training, and do supervisory visits to maintain the highest quality, professional home care. We offer flexible hourly and 24 hour live-in care.

Our home health division is a Medicare/Medicaid certified agency licensed by the State of Nevada. Services include nursing, rehabilitation therapy, social work, hospice care, and home health aides. We go through a rigorous screening process on all potential clinical hires and only hire top clinicians with previous home health experience. We are considered the employer of choice for highly skilled clinicians.

Virgin Valley Home Care & Hospice was organized in April of 1994. Virgin Valley Home Medical was organized in August of 2005.

Today, Virgin Valley Home Care & Hospice and Virgin Valley Home Medical serve the medical needs of the residents of Eastern Clark County, Nevada.

Virgin Valley Home Care and its parent organization, Southern Nevada Home Health Care, were recently awarded the HealthInsight Quality Award for the fifth continuous year.
