About Carlos

Carlos A. Dias Jr. began his career in the insurance business with the sole purpose of helping elder clients save and protect their assets in order for them to be able to leave a legacy to their children, grandchildren, church and/or charity. When a family member of Carlos had a stroke and became confined to a bed, he witnessed how the man’s wife slowly depleted their assets through private pay after several years. Carlos knew there had to be a better way for her and others in her situation to pay for care and still retain the means necessary to leave a nest egg to their heirs.

He began researching and found out about Medicaid Planning and Veterans Aid and Attendance. Carlos started Secure Financial Planning, Inc. with one goal in mind: to reach out to unknowing seniors and veterans and educate them so they could get the aid and care they needed without squandering their assets.

Carlos speaks both Spanish and Portuguese fluently, allowing him the opportunity to help even more clients. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC) and has attained the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation.
