Our employees are bonded and insured and covered by Workman's Compensation and General Liability Insurance. All employees undergo a fingerprinting background check, as mandated by Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and all references are verified. Initially, each Caregiver receives 8 hours of training after being hired. Continuing education is also given during the Caregiver's course of employment.

Ardent Care Health Group, Inc. is licensed with the Illinois Department of Public Health, is a member of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA) and approved by the Department of Human Services (DHS).

The services we provide are: meal preparation and feeding, bathing and dressing, assistance with personal care, light housekeeping and laundry, companionship, transportation to doctor's appointments or other commitments, light errands & shopping, medication reminders, individualized daily activities, respite or relief for family, post-hospital care, hospice supportive care, post-surgical care, and short and long term care.

We accept Private Pay, Long Term Care Insurance, and Workman's Compensation. Some clients may qualify for Veteran's Benefits which can be used to pay for our home care services.

My Dear Employers,

Thank you so much for the birthday gift, which I didn't have time to thank you before, and now the Christmas present again. I just can't honestly find the very right words to express my gratitude for all that you have done for me. You are always there, whenever I have concerns, and address it immediately.

I hope the word "Thank You" is enough to acknowledge every good thing you have ever done, from giving this job, to immediate action, to whatever problem I present to you. How I wish that I could have known about your company earlier. But I believe, that yesterday or today does not make any difference, as long as I have known you all.
