Brenda is an estate planning and elder law attorney and financial advisor with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in helping seniors protect their assets and plan for the distribution of their estate in a tax-efficient manner. Brenda works with a team of specialists with expertise in Estate Planning, Elder Care Law, Medicare and Medi-Cal Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Life Insurance, Life Settlements, Charitable Planned Giving, Tax Deferred and Immediate Annuities, and IRA and Retirement Distribution Planning.
Brenda is a strong believer in proactive health care, legal and financial planning and encourages seniors to become proactive in making health care and financial decisions before they are necessary. As a member of the Society for Financial Education and Awareness, a financial education speaker's bureau, Brenda is committed to enlightening the public through financial education and empowering all individuals to take control of their finances. She is a frequent speaker and conducts financial seminars for corporate and community groups.

About Brenda
Brenda graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. degree in Public Administration and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University and Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. Brenda received her Certification in Long Term Care Planning (CLTC) from the Corporation of Long Term Care Planning, Inc. She is also a candidate to receive her Certificate in Taxation from the University of California, Los Angeles.
