American Care Partners @ Home provides In-home care services and assistance brought into the home to achieve and sustain an optimum state of health, activity and independence for individuals of all ages.
The Program is managed by a full time Board Certified Physician.
Our Care Givers are State Licensed; background screened, Insured, and bonded. The owner reviews every caregiver employment application and gives the final stamp of approval before any new caregiver can be hired. Our experience and training requirements ensure our clients receive high caliber, professional caregivers.

Tailor your care to your needs: No two people are the same. Therefore their needs are going to be very different. Whether you need respite care, in-home care (few hrs per day or Live-In), or care at an assisted living facility, American Care Partners can provide an experienced caregiver that is right for you.
We tailor your program of care based on your needs and we are flexible to change the program as different needs arise. We will also work along with any home health agency (for your skilled or therapy needs) that may be assisting you or your loved ones after a recent hospital stay.
We also do have house call Doctors that could visit our Clients when requested, and at no additional cost to our Clients.
No Long-term contracts. Affordable hourly rates! Hourly or Live-In Caregivers.
Service available at Private Residence, Senior Living Community, Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital.
