About Us

Phyllis Pawlovsky, founder of Personal Financial Care LLC., is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers, Eldercare Matters, American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and Alliance of Claims Assistance Professionals.

In addition, Ms. Pawlovsky has trained as an AARP Tax Aide and counselor for the Health Insurance Information Counseling Assistance Program.

Pawlovsky served as Director of Administration to the law firm of Bower & Gardner for 16 years and has a background in Trusts and Estates and Eldercare issues.
