Charles E. Lance, J. D., is the founder and owner of the law firm. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University (Bachelor of Science 1968) and Texas Tech University Law School (J.D. 1971). Mr. Lance is a former District Attorney and Retired District Judge with over 33 years of legal experience. He is an author and lecturer. He is the author of The Texas Consumer's Guide to Medicaid Planning and Division of Assets and the Heart of Texas Nursing Home and Assisted Living Guide. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
