Moving & More LLC
We assist older adults who are in transition and are moving from their homes to alternative living situations by bringing great organizational skills, objectivity, experience, individual attention and caring to the decision-making and relocation process.
We work with clients' families and physicians as well as lawyers, trust officers, accountants, nurses, hospital discharge planners, social workers, physical therapists, health care facility administration, home health aides, real estate agents to ensure that the individuals receive the support, guidance and quality of care that is appropriate for their unique situation with as little stress as possible.
We act as an advocate, liaison and support for clients' families who live at a distance.
We will continue monitoring the clients and follow up with interventions when circumstances change.
We conduct conference and in-service workshops regarding downsizing, physical and emotional transitions.
