We provide seniors with asset protection planning in order to qualify for medicaid benefits. Our planning saves the family thousands of dollars that might have to be used in spending down to qualify for medicaid. This can be on a pre-planning basis or in what is termed "crises" situations, when they need to qualify as soon as possible. We are active in providing case support for other professionals, such as attorneys, financial planners, geriatric care managers, etc.
We are active in conducting educational seminars with any group that might be interested in gaining a greater understanding of the medicaid rules.
