LivHOME is the premier provider(s) of professionally led at-home care for seniors. Professional geriatric Care Managers, credentialed specialists in the field of gerontology (RN, Licensed Social Workers, and/or mental health professionals), coordinate all resources and manage specialty trained Caregivers to deliver personalized, at-home services.
Marcie Hanna joined LivHOME in 2006 as an Elder Care Consultant. In this position, Marcie established her role as a national expert in the field, and became a recognized speaker on intergenerational programs and approaches. Marcie’s experience includes care management and clinical supervision for Age Concerns, now LivHOME. Additionally, Marcie earned an intergenerational specialist post-graduate certificate from the University of Pittsburgh. Marcie also worked for the County of San Diego as a licensed mental health clinician serving on an Adult Protective Services team, as a hospice social worker for Silverado, and as the manager of marketing and resident relations for Redwood Town Court. She is the Director of Education for the American Board of Home Care (ABHC), an Affiliate Member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC), a member of the Estate Planning Council of San Diego, a Board Member for the Home of Guiding Hands, and on the Advisory Board of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).

I am member of the San Diego South Advisory Board with the California Care Planning Council.
I met with Marcie to explore opportunities to assist her clients. I was very impressed with her passion and devotion she has for her clients. I would highly recommend her.

Marcie is the first person I think of when I have a patient who needs the help of an ElderCare consultant. All of the people I have referred to her have received immediate and excellent attention and have found her to be genuinely warm, extremely knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy. She is top rate!

Marcie is a true professional and inspiration to me. I have used Marcie as a professional referral source for families who need case management services in the home, and on several occasions with complicated scenarios. Marcie has been quick to respond to my referrals, and proven to be very valuable to the families that I have referred to her. Her knowledge, savvy senior know -how, and dedication to helping her clients shines through each time. Marcie has followed up and kept me in the loop, understanding the respect and value of each referral, and the families she works with. I hope to have Marcie and her services as a continued part of my professional network for many years to come.
