As a law firm specializing in elder law, we help our clients and their families find solutions to the legal challenges that can come with aging. We provide assistance with long term care planning, including assistance with Medicaid and VA benefits planning. We help our clients put in place the legal documents necessary to designate trusted people to handle their health care and financial decisions in the future if that becomes necessary. We also help our clients protect their hard-earned assets and plan for the next generation through the use of wills and trusts, and we assist our clients with probate after the death of a loved one.
We are a small firm, and we pride ourselves on our personal service. We strive to give each of our clients the level of care and attention we would want for our own family members.

Cynthia Barron Mead received her law degree from Harvard Law School in 1985 and her Bachelor's degree from the University of California in 1982. She is an active member of the elder law community, including ElderCounsel, Elder Law Answers, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
