Liang-Lin Chao holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a Minor in Sociology (1995), as well as a Master Degree in Gerontology (1997) from Wichita State University in Wichita , Kansas . Liang-Lin is also a Certified Care Manager (CMC) through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, and completed a comprehensive course through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA) and earned the designation of certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Liang-Lin is an active member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM), an active board member of the Gerontology Society of Iowa , and an active Family Self Sufficiency member of the Southern Iowa Regional Housing Authority as an advanced professional. Liang-Lin Chao works with the Iowa Area XIV Agency on Aging Coordinated Care Program Sometimes, usually due to changes in your health, you begin to need more assistance to manage your personal care and your home care.
