Scott M. Solkoff is certified as a specialist in Elder Law by The Florida Bar and he is a shareholder in Solkoff & Associates, P.A., an elder law practice with offices in Aventura, Boynton Beach, and Coral Gables (Miami), Florida. Scott has served as Chair of The Florida Bar's Elder Law Section, as President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and as a Board Member of the Florida State Guardianship Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Practice areas include: Long-Term Care Planning: We help our clients pursue alternatives to nursing homes but if a nursing home or other extensive care is necessary, we help alleviate the otherwise overwhelming burden of placing a loved one in a facility.
