The Caring Heart is a preeminent geriatric care management practice serving the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area that includes Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas, and Jackson County in Missouri. The founder is a gerontologist who has served senior adult population for thirty years and offers a range of professional services. Our specialty is assisting older people and their families in meeting their long term care arrangements. We help older persons live as independent as possible safely and happy at home.
