Founded in 1980, Homewatch CareGivers offers many in-home personal care, companionship, homemaker, and transportations services to all who are convalescing, recovering, or rehabilitating – or are simply frail and in need of some help.
Our mission is simple: By tailoring personal care to meet the needs of our clients, we strive to preserve their dignity, independence, and peace of mind while helping them remain at home and out of assisted living and nursing facilities.
Since our caregivers are critical to the success of our mission, we only hire caregivers we would want to care for members of our own family. This means our caregivers are experienced, have impeccable references, have undergone a criminal background check, and a check of their driving record. In addition, our caregivers are our employees. We pay them well and are responsible for remitting all taxes. Finally, our caregivers are bonded, covered by our liability and Worker's Compensation insurances, are closely supervised, and receive continuing education.
