Laurel D. Mangan practices in the areas of Elder Law, Probate Administration, and Estate Planning. Attorney Mangan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and University of Connecticut School of Law. She is currently admitted to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association Executive Committee on Elder Law and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Attorney Mangan is the author of “What To Do With Unpaid Medical Bills: a Conservator’s Dilemma,” published in CBA Elder Law Section Newsletter, February 2002 edition. She is the mother of two, including one son with special needs.
