Kevin is a member of H.S. Dent Advisers Network founded by Harry S. Dent. The Dent Method is an economic forecasting approach based on demographics. Demographics is the study of populations who do many predictable things as they age that impact our economy, inflation, consumer spending, business and product trends.
Kevin’s Method is a step-by-step process intended to increase the desire of clients or prospect’s to benefit from a product or service to the point that the desire overcome in the inertia to leave things the way they are. The Olison method is a 35-step process to convert a prospect to a long-term client. The first two steps of the Olison Method are delivered via a “sizzle session” – presented in a small group or a one on one meeting.
The sizzle session includes the first two steps:
Taxes and Inflation – How taxes and Inflation affect investment performance over time.
Diversification Strategy – Possible solution to the ravages of taxes and inflation.
The remaining 33-steps are conducted during a Courtesy Interview and Recommendation meeting.
Along with the above credentials, Kevin’s mission is to educate veterans and their loved ones in need of Aid and Attendance to maximize their benefits, thus relieving some of the financial hardships of those living in approved senior communities.
Kevin lives in the East Bay area with his wife Meredith, a Service Account Engineer for a Building Technologies Company, and two kids (Parker & Sydney). In his free time, he is reducing his handicap on the public golf course.
