Daniel (Dan) E. Gulden, of Gulden Dispute Resolution, has been a lawyer for over 35 years and a practicing mediator since 1990. He has mediated and arbitrated thousands of disputes, including issues relating to probate and estate matters, nursing home care, business and employment, divorce and custody and personal injury.

Dan recognizes that disputes concernning nursing home and other longterm care are a stressful, emotional upheaval for any family. Arriving at an agreed solution that works for everyone is essential for the well-being, particularly, of the individual and family involved.

Gulden Mediation Services provides the following services:

Mediation and facilitation in disagreements or disputes concerning caregiving issues, whether among the family members or between the family members and the caregiver.

Mediation is intervention by an impartial person to assist those involved in reaching a voluntary resolution to a dispute. Mediation usually provides a less prolonged and less costly way to resolve a dispute, as opposed to the legal process of litigation with all its attendant uncertainties. Mediation does not preclude the advice and participation of lawyers but welcomes them.
