My mission is to educate and inform my clients and prospective clients to protect their assets from potentially devastating costs of long term care expenses. Most families have a misunderstanding of how medical insurance or Medicare and Medicaid pays for long term care expenses. I would like to help people to have a better understanding about criteria that determines the qualification for federal and state long term care assistance. By providing long term care educational services, perhaps you will be in a better position to make an informed decision and not wait until it is too late. I do not want this to happen to any family.
Heady's childhood dream came true when he came to the United States in 1967 to attend college. He is a 1972 graduate of University of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Arkansas with a degree in Business Administration.
He entered insurance and financial services in 1973, and later in 1979 he became an American citizen. He is president of Arkansas Insurance Corporation since 1990. In 2005 he opened Arkansas Long Term Care Agency, Inc. with one mission in mind to deal only with long term care public awareness and marketing issues.
He is currently a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisor, a member of American Association of Long Term Care Insurance, and he is a Certified Long Term Care Consultant, Certified Senior Advisor and certified long term care instructor for Arkansas Society of CPAs.
He offers long term care need analysis and does market research to find an affordable and suitable policy for individuals, businesses and associations. Heady offers long term care insurance through Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) and other companies. He has the endorsement of several associations in Arkansas as a preferred long term care vendor.

In 2002 he was recognized by Golden Harvest Award as one of the top long term care producers in the country. In 2004, he was the leading long term care producer for MassMutual in sates of AR, Ky, MS, TN for Capital Financial Group, LLC a General Agent of MassMutual. Furthermore, Heady is member of 2007 Million Dollar Round Table Club.
