As a realtor at Keller Williams, Gina is building teams across the country at different KW market centers to ease Seniors in their Real Estate Trasnsitions. Gina is a designated SRES, Seniors' Real Estate Specialist, and understands the emotional and financial needs of seniors and their families. This includes 50+ active and healthy clientele looking to change home styles as well as the more elderly and frail in need of assisted living services. Gina is well versed in Assisted Living VA benefits as well as Medicaid benefits, and has a team of people to provide appropriate resources when needed.

Gina is currently a team lead of a group of realtors who are comitted to providing financial care, comfort and stability to their Senior clientele, keeping in mid the emotional needs of the clients as well as their families.

We provide some moving help, light cleaning and painting, staging of the home to sell, help with yard sales and anything that will ease the transition of a senior from one house to another. We also provide Assisted Living VA benefit resources, financial planning resources and Medicaid resources.
