Code of Conduct for Council Members


This code of conduct applies to the services and advice you offer to individuals who come to you as a result of your affiliation with the National Care Planning Council.
 

  1. You agree to be fair and honest and provide your services in a manner consistent with other providers in your industry.

     
  2. You will not misrepresent yourself or your services, goods or contracts nor will you do this for those people who work with you or whom you recommend.  

  3. You make a good-faith effort to assure yourself of the integrity of third-party providers you recommend or use.

 

We ask that you abide by this code of conduct and if we receive any complaints or have any problems with any of the service providers affiliated with us, we will use this code of conduct as the basis of an investigation and decision to cancel a membership.
