Working with seniors and their special needs is my passion It is always important to remember that working with a senior client is working with other members of the family - be it sons and daughters or other close family members In other cases the senior may not have local family members but it is still important to include them in the process It is difficult for anyone to go through a transition - and this is especially true for person(s) who may have been in their homes for well over 20, 30 or more years. It is important to remember to treat them with dignity they deserve and have earned.
I spent many years in financial services before coming to real estate. And ironically real estate is one of the building blocks for creating a financial program for an individual or family I love working with people, learning about who they are, what is important to them, and how best I can help them. I am a firm believer that real estate is a profession, that, just like all other professions, requires ongoing continuing education in conjuction with real life working with clients To that end i have earned designations as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CSHP (Certified Senior Housing Professional), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), and others. Being prepared for all situations with my clients is my top priority.
