Nicole Hines, RN, BSN

Nicole is the founder and owner of Modern Care. Nicole has over a decade of healthcare experience, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant before becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse and later earning her Registered Nurse credentials. Her experience includes medical-surgical nursing, hospice care, admissions, care coordination, and supporting patients and families through some of life's most challenging transitions.

Nicole founded Modern Care with a vision of providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized care that helps individuals maintain their independence while remaining safely at home. As an RN-owned agency, Modern Care is committed to delivering exceptional service with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others.
