Eldercare Services has provided award-winning home care and certified care management since 1989. Founded by Linda Fodrini-Johnson, MA, MFT, CMC, past president of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM,) now known as Aging Life Care Association (ALCA).
The Eldercare Services model of care management, caregiving, counseling, and education is a comprehensive, client-centered approach to care and advocacy for adults of all ages. Care Managers work with families to reach the best decisions about living at home, finding the best care facility, or gaining tools for constructive communication or direction in decisions the family may not feel confident in making.
