About Us
Harmony Home Care and Wellness Solutions LLC (HHCWS) is headquartered in Englewood Cliffs, NY. HHCWS serves the state of New Jersey with the focus of our services being rendered in Northern New Jersey. We provide Home Care Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; our office business hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM.
Harmony Home Care and Wellness Solutions LLC is owned and operated by Jerlenny Perez, BSN, RN. Ms. Perez has over 16+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry and over 10 years of Nursing experience ranging from the Nursing Homes Sector, Distanced Care Management, Home Care, Bilingual Home Health Aide instruction and curriculum revision as well as Adult and Pediatric Emergency Medicine specializing in Trauma Nursing.
Ms. Perez has also served as a Nurse Preceptor/Trainer for new onboarding nurses in the Emergency Department. Ms. Perez is a graduate of Western Governors University and has been nominated to Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing as well as the National Society for Leadership and Success. Ms. Perez is passionate about Patient Education as well as providing proper training to all of her staff to provide the best in-home care experience to our clients and their families.
