CDS Care
The Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Program allows adults who are 18 years of age and older with significant physical disabilities to obtain assistance with personal care and activities of daily living from their family member.
In-Home Care
Our team takes care of clients in their homes and we offer a wide range of services including: monitoring heart rate and blood pressure, caring for wounds, physical and cognitive therapies, cleaning, and more!
Respite Care
We provide short-team relief for primary caregivers. It can be arranged for just an afternoon or for several days for weeks.
Private Care
When state funded services are not available, we also offer Private Care for clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
VA Services
A Homemaker & Home Health Aide are trained persons who can come to a veteran's home and help them take care of themselves. They also assist veterans in carrying our their daily activities. In addition, they can help veterans, of any age, remain living in their own homes. (Spouses may qualify for services as well).
