Aging At Home Caregiving
I am popularly known as the eldercare safety & quality care expert. I am a registered nurse with graduate education in healthcare quality improvement and patient safety.
I work with executives and professional families who do not want the stress of family caregiving nor the disruption of their work life balance but want to see their aging loved ones THRIVE wherever they choose to call "HOME".
I peel away the stress from family caregiving by providing compassionate family caregiving guidance, care advice, care navigation, complex care management, resources and options for safe and graceful aging.
I come from a family of professionals and entrepreneurs and have seen firsthand the impact of family caregiving on personal health, personal relationships, finances, and work life harmony.
After a decade as a clinical nurse working in various care settings, I saw several gaps between wellbeing, safety, vitality & independence, especially for older adults whose loved ones are far away.
I have combined my knowledge of nursing, my education in process improvement and my passion for vitality and independence into a customized service for those families who want to avoid the role reversal, enjoy work life harmony while their aging loved ones thrive wherever they choose to call home on their own terms regardless of any life-limiting conditions.
