My mother was in a rehab facility, with her 82 year old husband her only family near by to support her. When his health started to become affected with the physical and mental strength it took to be with her, my friend recommended Senior Helpers. Kellie came to evaluate our needs, and we began a weekly schedule with a SH carer that allowed my dad to rest and eat better in between his visits with mom. It was hard getting him to trust that he didn't still have to be there sunrise to sunset! The carers sent were all very competent, but Dee was our hands-down favorite. She was so kind and seemed to really enjoy being with my mom (Alzheimer's and post-stroke) I highly recommend reaching out to Senior Helpers, they were a God-send to our family.
