Dave Brandt
Senior Advocate
Most families find me at the moment something has changed and they're trying to make sense of what to do next. If that's where you are right now, you're not alone — and you're not behind.
For more than 25 years, I've worked inside the long-term care world. That includes senior leadership roles with the long-term care insurance divisions of both General Electric and John Hancock — two of the largest long-term care insurers in the nation — along with years spent guiding families directly through care, Medicaid, and estate decisions. I've seen this system from the inside. That means I know where families get stuck, what tends to go wrong, and where the real options are hiding.
Today I use all of that experience for one purpose: helping families. No products. No sales. No facility I represent. My loyalty is to your family — and no one else.
As a Senior Advocate, I help you make sense of the pieces that matter most: crisis planning, care needs, legal authority, Medicaid and VA benefits, placement services, financial realities, housing options, and the family dynamics underneath every decision.
My approach is calm, structured, and grounded in real-world experience. I help you slow the moment down, understand what truly matters, and move forward in the right order — with clarity instead of fear.
