As a dedicated Realtor specializing in properties with Reverse Mortgages (HECM loans), I help estates, heirs, and homeowners navigate the unique challenges that come with these transactions. Whether a loved one has passed away or can no longer occupy their home, I provide guidance and clarity during a time when decisions can feel overwhelming.

With an extensive background at CompuLink-HUD, I bring in-depth knowledge of HUD guidelines and the full range of loss mitigation options available. I also collaborate with probate attorneys across Oklahoma - and work seamlessly with out-of-state clients - to ensure every transaction moves forward smoothly.

Many of my transactions never reach the MLS, as I frequently assist heirs in purchasing property directly from the estate. This approach provides privacy, confidentiality, and security while preventing the risks associated with vacant homes being publicly listed. I also work with a network of investors interested in estate properties and have trusted contractors available to assist with repairs. When estates qualify for a short sale, I help ensure they take full advantage of HUD's process, including potential coverage of commissions and certain closing costs, which can greatly reduce the financial burden.

In addition to my real estate expertise, I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Contract Underwriter with a strong background in mortgage origination, underwriting, and appraisal review. I cannot underwrite files in Oklahoma or on transactions where I serve as the agent or loan originator, but my underwriting background allows me to anticipate challenges, explain loan program options, and streamline the process for my clients.
