About Krisdel Roberto

After years of serving patients at the bedside as an Emergency Room nurse "specializing in cardiac and trauma care"and later stepping into ER leadership for over five years, I witnessed firsthand the growing need for compassionate, quality care beyond the hospital walls. As emergency rooms became increasingly overwhelmed and hospital rooms inundated with full admissions, it became clear that many medically stable patients could continue healing more comfortably and effectively at home.

Driven by this realization, while working as an Assistant Nurse Manager in the ER, I took a position in home health to understand the field on a deeper level. What I discovered was powerful: the home environment can play a critical role in recovery, dignity, and long-term well-being. With this in mind, I decided to co-found our agency alongside my sister, who brings over 15 years of experience in skilled nursing and long-term care. Together, we blend clinical expertise with heartfelt commitment to deliver care that honors each patient's individual journey. Our mission is to enhance quality of life by providing compassionate, personalized home care—ranging from non-medical support to Medicare-certified skilled nursing and therapy—empowering individuals to heal, age, and thrive comfortably at home.
