About Bria
Bria Redmond is the founder and owner of Rustica's Home Care, serving clients throughout Maricopa County. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, an MBA, and is currently pursuing her Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA).
Her professional background includes working in hospital settings as a care coordinator and in medical billing and coding, along with experience in patient coordination and healthcare systems - providing a strong foundation in client care, compliance, and service delivery.
Bria's passion for caregiving began early, assisting in a home daycare supporting children with mental and behavioral needs, which led her to study psychology. Her dedication is also deeply personal, as a caregiver to her own children on the autism spectrum and previously to her father during his terminal illness, shaping her commitment to compassionate, consistent, and dignified care.
Her mission is to provide care that not only meets essential needs but also enriches the lives of those she serves.
