My primary focus is helping clients across Southwest Colorado and Northwest New Mexico with reverse mortgages. As a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist (CREV), I take an education-first approach with every client, walking through exactly how a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), HECM for Purchase, or proprietary reverse mortgage works, what it costs, and what other options might be worth considering. My goal is to help you decide whether it is the right fit for you and your family.
Reverse mortgage clients deserve extra care. Whenever possible, I prefer to meet clients face to face to discuss their options, whether that's at my downtown Durango office by appointment, at your home, or by phone or video.
My team and I can also assist with other mortgage programs when needed, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and more.
